App like Shareit Connection to hotspot not working by scanning on targetsdkversion 29 but working on 28 on android 10

I am working on app that do file sharing work like share it. My app works ok on targetsdkversion 28 on android 10 but after changing to 29 or 30 it does not work properly. M
