Failing integration tests in CI but not local after upgrading to Java 15 and Gradle 6.7.1

Question

I have just updated a project to Java 15 and Gradle 6.7.1 and some of the tests are failing in Docker and in our CI (not Dockerised). These tests pass by running them with G
