Google Cloud Vision Working on localhost, but not on Google Cloud Hosted WordPress Site

Question

I am writing a WordPress Plugin which uses Google Cloud Vision V1 ImageAnnotatorClient. I use the labelDetection, landmarkDetection, faceDetection and logoDetection methods.
