EPPLUS - Error for XLSX docs: The file is not an valid Package file. If the file is encrypted, please supply the password in the constructor

We are using EPPLUS to read data from .xlsx documents for a client. It works well for most files, but sometimes it returns this error: "The file is not an valid Package
