Why do I have to Restart my VM Image in Virtualbox everytime there is a database change

I am using Oracle Virtual-box 6.1.10 in my windows 10 machine.

The guest OS in VM Image is RHEL 7.

Oracle 18xe is installed in the Guest OS.
