If you have a video frame object that looks like this:

And UIImage
if you need that. (image orientation can vary depending on your input)

orientation:UIImageOrientationUp];
Don't forget to release the variables:
CVPixelBufferRelease(pixelBuffer);
CGImageRelease(coreImageRef);
