Cycle over bash script with csv file as for loop items and with if else statement properly

Question

I have a csv file called bothaddresses.csv,

It looks like this,

node-1,xxx.xxx.xxx.xx
...
node-8,xxx.xxx.xxx.xx

I am running this scri
