Is there a command for rearranging the dimensions of netcdf4? I have tried using ncpdq -a but it didn't work

Tried using the command ncpdq -a lat,lon,time IMERG_concat.nc4 IMERG_concat_ncpdq.nc4 and then checked it using ncdump -h IMERG_concat_ncpdq.nc4 but still shows the same ord
