EnableDesktopModeAutoInvoke changed, but taptip.exe actiion not change

Question

I want to stop touch keyboard popup by changing EnableDesktopModeAutoInvoke to 0, and finish my function, then reset EnableDesktopModeAutoInvoke to 1, to make touch keyboard
