SMTP client Send function throws Mailbox Unavailable exception from Azure App service. Works while debugging locally

Question

I am getting "Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)" exception on Send() of SMTP client. This works
