Noob here; Multiple dependent dropdowns in single sheet. Column 9 depends on 8 AND SEPARATELY column 11 depends on 10

Question

Below are the two codes I have written. Separated into different projects. They both work independently but I would like them to both run on open. I\'m not sure how to eithe
