Remove dictionary from another dictionary (strange behavior in python 3)

I have two dict

runde = {\'A\': [\'1, 2, 3\', \'4, 5, 6\'],\'B\': [\'1, 2, 3\', \'4, 5, 6\'],\'C\': [\'1, 2, 3\', \'4, 5, 6\'],\'D\': [\'1, 2, 3\', \'4, 5, 6\
