IOS simulator Safari - web video playing through canvas freezes after approx 2 secs (intermittent)

I\'m trying to play a video through web canvas. It works on Chrome Mac Windows and Android and Safari on Mac, but on the XCode IOS Simulator, it freezes after about 2 second
