Why I cannot create .dll library for JNI. (C++ & Java)

I\'m trying to create .dll library for JNI. I\'m using OpenJDK 15.0.1. and compiler for c++ I\'ve G++. When I\'m trying to create .dll library via cmd command g++ -c -
