I wrote this loop code which is to ask the user a number and repeat 10 times. But when I run it, nothing happens. Just a blank screen

It says I don\'t have any errors either. Ask user to enter number, repeats 10 times, run a total of numbers entered. I can\'t figure out what\'s wrong.
