JS, Which is more Performance Efficient: Calling an Array[i][j] or Const Value?

Question

New to JS performance (in Node.JS),
I have a dataset of values being passed in that need a lot of handling;
On the order of 1,000-1,000,000s by 1,000-1,000,000
