How to support local TTS for a Kotlin App in languages like Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Dutch, Finnish and Turkish

We tried working with the android speech.tts library and Marytts, unfortunately both do not support tts for:

• Arabic • Russian • Ukrainian • Dutch • Finnish • Swedis
