Inconsistent results between t-SNE on Jupyter and t-SNE on Tensorflow's Embedding Projector

Question

I am applying t-SNE on the same dataset on the Tensorflow\'s Embedding Projector and on the python version of t-SNE in Jupyter. The dataset is 9.999 16-dimensional embedding
