Java default date format coming as 9999-12-31 11:43:11.218011400 but required as 9999-12-31 11:43:11.218 in STS

Question

while reading default system date we require the format is \'9999-12-31 11:43:11.218\' but coming as \'9999-12-31 11:43:11.218011400\', not sure what needs to be changed.
