Image shows up in Visual Studio designer but not during run-time

I came here to get my design time image data to show up (inverse problem).

ImagePath="pack://application:,,,/MyApplicationName;component/Images/Icons/Button1.png" is what did the trick, in addition to Build Action set to Resource and Copy to Output Directory set to Copy if newer.
