Open res or assets folder with Intent.ACTION_PICK or Intent.ACTION_GET_CONTENT

Question

I want to start a file picker with Intent.ACTION_PICK or Intent.ACTION_GET_CONTENT.

The user is supposed to be navigated directly to the app
