I came right with my plot - sort of. however in line 31 of df I get a gap as that happened on 9/11 2001. Could somone please assist to fill that gap?

In df line 31 I get: 31 2001 1,539[a] 210, hence the gap for 2001. As you can see it\'s not numerical as it contains [a].
