Is Firefox Automation on MacOS using NSAccessibility APIs / XCUITest Framework possible?

Question

Can Firefox on MacOS be automated using NSAccessibility APIs or XCUITest framework? I can access only few buttons of Firefox Window. I want to perform some actions on an ale
