Cannot Install any “Windows OS” as guest in VMWare and VirtualBox

Question

My host is Windows 10 2004 build 19041.630, I can install Linux as guest in both VMWare Workstation 15.5.6 and VirtualBox 6.1.12 but failed to install Win7 - Win10, tried mu
