java.lang.NullPointerException: Location is required [duplicate]

Two problems exist:

1)The File path

2)The Controller was not set properly

Recommendation:

If you are using SceneBuilder, when you want to see what your controller might look like, you can go to View -> Show Sample Controller Skeleton.
