In Visual Studio 2019, is it possible to control the degree of magnification of the overall UI of the IDE?

in visual studio code, we can change ui\'s zoom level. see bellow. (of cause, it\'s a not only text editor\'s zoom level, but it affects to entire of ui layout of ide)
