How to disable automatic (high pass?) filtering of audio output on iPad that occurs during simultaneous microphone recording?

My web-application (Vue 2/Typescript) plays some sounds for users and records their voice response on iPad (iPadOS 13 on iPad Air 2, Safari). I experienced some delays in re
