Rails: No such file or directory @ rb_file_s_rename during precompile

Question

I\'m trying to run assets:precompile to deploy to Azure and I\'m getting:

Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory @ rb_file_s_rename  - (./tmp/cache/assets/s
