Excel VBA code snippet does not insert “1” to the right of cell that has fill pattern and “True” two cells to the right of cells with fill patterns

Question

This is the first code I have done on my own and it did work the first few times, but now it appears to be having issues! Essentially, if a cell in Column G, K, O, S has
