How can I change mapper and reducer memory for Hive Activity running in AWS data pipeline?

I want to change the following variables:

-hiveconf mapreduce.map.memory.mb=10240
-hiveconf mapreduce.reduce.memory.mb=10240 \\

How can I do it while ru
