How do I sign and notarise an Adobe AnimateCC Air32 App for non-Mac-app-store distribution?

Question

I have generated an .app from Adobe AnimateCC (with embedded Air32 runtime).

I want to sign & notarise it with Apple. I have just opened a Developer ID Account. C
