Reformat taxonomic table to correct order and fill missing ranks

Question

I have table of IDs and taxonomic ranks with and names:

ID1 d,Name p,Name c,Name o,Name f,Name g,Name s,Name_name
ID2 d,Name p,Name c,Name o,Name f,Name g,Na
