Displaying FPDF_BITMAP created by FPDF_RenderPageBitmap() in Windows application

Question

Can someone help explain how to show bitmap rendered by PDFium\'s FPDF_RenderPageBitmap() onto the screen in a simple gdi BitBlt() call? (Windows C/C++ application). If i ca
