A simple linear regression model with a DenseVariational layer in Tensorflow-Probability returns: TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not callable

This is an attempt to use Tensforflow-Probability and more specifically the DenseVariational layer but it fails for some reason. Could you correct the code?
