How to start or install 'Userfrosting' in Windows 10 64 bit and what are stable Oracle VirtualBox and Vagrant version else in XAMPP

I cannot properly install User frosting. I have cloned userfrosting and homestead from git hub following instructions in the manual but as on what should the stable recommen
