Ubuntu 18.04 - NGINX Webserver Configuration - net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I am having some odd errors configuring NGINX on my Ubuntu box. UFW has all ports allowed for NGINX, below is my NGINX configuration but still when I go to mydomain.com:8080
