SUM, IIF, ISNULL not working together in SQL When creating stored procedure

In the access query, I have below Line Sum(Total+IIf(IsNull(Amt,0),0,Amt)+IIf(IsNull(Pmt,0),0,Pmt)) AS Check and I want to convert this into an SQL query.
