Periodic Boundary Conditions (PBC) for Face Centered Cubic (FCC) supercell sliced on the (111) plane

I have been trying to write and find an efficient way to impose periodic boundary conditions on an FCC supercell in the x-, and y-direction which is sliced on the (111) plan
