Is it possible to run Python 3.6+ on Ubuntu 11.04?

Running an Ubuntu 11.04 VM, and the most recent version of Python I can get is 3.2 - otherwise, it can\'t find the libraries/repos for 3.6 and newer. I need the fstring fun
