Postman can not call SAM local api running on WSL2 'Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:3000'

Question

I am running a local api using the SAM CLI and Golang on my WSL2 Ubuntu terminal, running on http://127.0.0.1:3000/. I am able to call the enpoint within wsl using a curl co
