open multiple putty, ssh to a server and run different command on each terminal, how can i automate that (python or shell)

I was trying to do that with the command prompt for %i in (1,1,2) do putty -ssh root@10.10.x.xxx -pw password -m C:\\Users\\vermap\\Desktop\\run.txt

I can open multip
