full_layer yields an AttributeError: 'builtin_function_or_method' object has no attribute 'get_shape'

I\'m new to TensorFlow and try to get an idea by reading O\'Reillys Learning TensorFlow. The examples there rely on TensorFlow 1.14 that I downgraded to. My Python ver
