Equivalence beteween Pytroch and TensorFlow padding (reflect mode)

Question

I\'m currently working on a basic convolutionnal neuron network. Actually, the CNN is ready to use using Pytorch. Nevertheless I\'m trying to replicate the CNN and the entir
