Preventing constant timeouts with SSH and SFTP (Ubuntu 18.04)

Question

I can\'t figure out how to prevent constant timeouts with SSH and SFTP.
Both client and server are Ubuntu 18.04

Server configuration:

/etc/ssh/sshd
