MacOS: libavcodec.58.91.100.dylib requires version 9.0.0 or later, but libwebp.7.dylib provides version 8.0.0

Question

I have a PySide2 application which is running well with python main.py.

But I am getting the following error after packaging it by using PyInstaller:
