Why does htaccess redirect my rule to realpath?

Question

I set some rules to rewrite:

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-l

RewriteRule ^u
