Memcached enabled wordpress site sometimes displays Unicode Specials � and other garbled stuff, okay on reload

Question

I run a VPS vis LiquidWeb and recently installed memcache / memcached on it and I am using those options in a WordPress install with the Simple Cache Plugin as well.

I ha
