I'm not understanding something fundamental in my new project in Asp.net Mvc Core.Sample Shopping Cart Project

Question

I got one training project after 5 years of medical break. At last I have worked in asp.net. I\'m new to MVC and asp.net core.

This project deals with reading Json dynami
