“svnadmin: E140001: Dumpstream data appears to be malformed” while migrating + splitting repo

Question

I\'m trying to migrate a big repo from subversion 1.6 to a new server with subversion 1.10.

In the meanwhile I would like to split the big repo into smaller subprojec
