Cloudformation to associate a CodeCommit Repository in a Different AWS Account with a Notebook Instance

I am working on setting up a Sagemaker Platform, I have to add Cross Account Code Commit repo to sagemaker through cloudformation. Is there any way to do that . In the Develope
